I teach based on the Iyengar method in a relaxing setting with props to modify for individual needs.
Together we will learn your limitations and strengths to recognize what your body needs most.

I offer a 30 minute complimentary one-on-one session for you to familiarize yourself with zoom, understand how to set up, and to answer any questions before your first class.
